I have entered a correct key but it's not accepted. Activation key is cAsE sensitive. Make sure you've typed it correctly - enter it exactly as it was given to you.
Will I be rebilled? No. The License fee is a one-time charge. You won't be billed ever again.
Will the Serial code work for only 1 computer? Yes standard license will work only for 1 computer. If you want to setup Antivirus Soft (c) on more than 1 computer contact us. We give discounts for multiple licences.
How much time do I have to download the program? Your customer account will never expired. By purchasing anything from out store You get a lifetime account in our customers area. Direct links to download the programs You purchased are available until You download them completely.
Can I download the purchased software again if my system crashes or I loose the file in any other way? We will restore the downloading possibility for your account or certain product after receiving your request with explanation of your problem.
